At
the heart of Milan is its fans, and midsummer there is still plenty to talk
about amongst Milan fans. With the transfer market in full swing, summer
friendlies picking up, and the season less than four weeks away, the excitement
is building. Whether we should be optimistic or skeptical, everything is still exciting
to talk about. And at the heart of it all, of course, is Milan. Con il Milan nel Cuore.

Audi Cup Mini Preview
The Audi cup is a tournament of four teams, usually teams
sponsored by Audi. This will be Milan’s third time participating in the
mini-tournament, and our first match will be facing Manchester City. Balotelli
and De Jong should both be available to face their former team, and the other
national team players will also be at Allegri’s disposal, save Abate, who is
still recovering from his shoulder injury. Manchester City is obviously a team with many talented players, one recent acquisition being the familiar face of former Fiorentina striker Stevan Jovetic.
On Thursday we will face either Pep Guardiola’s Bayern
Munich or Sao Paolo. Whatever the outcome, it would be ideal to finish anywhere
in the top three, seeing as how we have finished fourth place the past two
tournaments. Also, please no more injuries. Beyond that, enjoy the match!
