With good performances come higher expectations. Not just
results, but increasingly good and consistent performances. Yet there are so
many things that can keep the performances from happening. Like midweek
International friendlies, resting players for a Champions League match, and
more. So Milan are growing, but with growing comes growing pains.

Atletico-Milan Mini-Preview: Don’t Let Them Break You
After
the first round at the San Siro where Milan played so incredibly well, but lost
and gave up an away goal to the current La Liga leaders, this match is do or
die. Milan will need at least two goals to progress. But more importantly,
after the literal beating Atletico gave Milan last time, we will need to stay
injury free.
Montolivo
is still suspended, but Seedorf has called up the following: Abbiati,
Amelia, Coppola, Abate, Bonera, Constant, De Sciglio, Mexes, Rami, Zaccardo,
Zapata, Birsa, De Jong, Emanuelson, Essien, Kakà, Muntari, Poli, Balotelli,
Pazzini, Robinho, Taarabt. He rested every possible man and gave time to those
returning from injury, which likely cost us the match vs. Udinese, so I expect
that they are putting all of their eggs in one basket for this one. Just
remember, guys, don’t let them break you!
Forza Milan!!
