While I take my
midlife blog crisis, my beautiful and talented daughter Sofia
has offered to step in for this guest post. So read it and enjoy or I’ll come
and find you and hurt you. She’s a child, people. And I know where you live.
She's even better at writing previews than she is at taking throw-ins |
I don’t know if my mom will let me wake up early enough for
this game, because it’s at 6am here and she says that’s too early for me. But
if I did wake up, I don’t know what I should expect, because you should never
underestimate the enemy.
Atalanta are coming off of a win and they are only missing
two players. They play best at home, even if their recent record is L-D-L-L-W.
Before the break, for their win against Bologna, Reja lined up Sportiello;
Stendardo, Masiello, Paletta, Dramé; Gomez, de Roon, Cigarini, Diamanti,
Kurtic; and Pinilla. It’s too bad that Diamanti is back, because diamonds are a
girl’s best friend, right? But if he scores on Milan, he’s not my best friend.
With that hair, is he really diamond quality? |
Milan are eight spots ahead of Atalanta on the table, but
our form hasn’t been that great. With a recent form of D-W-L-D-D, we can’t
expect too much from our players. We’re going to be missing Niang, Kucka, Alex,
and now Honda, too. Plus we’re playing away to a team that’s hard to beat at
home, so don’t get your hopes up. Never underestimate the enemy.
