This season has been filled with so much drama, it feels like a reality show. Huge wins, painful losses, changes in players and managers, and now there is a search for Milan's Next Top Sporting Director. To sort all this out, I invited Paul, the President of Milan Club Adelaide, to tell us what it is like to be a Milan fan in Australia, and what it was like to have the club come to Australia last summer, including that amazing coreo, (spoiler alert: we find out who the awesome Zia was who was sewing the coreo and also the brains behind it!!) We also spent plenty of time discussing everything happening at the club right now, including the first team, Conceição, Milan Futuro, Milan Primavera, and the management.
 | Fans in Adelaide know what it is to be Milan fans. |

Venezia-Milan Preview: Sink or Swim
 |
We need to keep the winning momentum. |
Venezia are struggling to avoid relegation, they come into this match in 18th place. Their most recent match was a 2-2 draw with 19th place Empoli on Sunday. For that match, Di Francesco lined up a 3-5-2 with: THE Radu (of our Scudetto fame); Marcandalli, Idzes, Candé; Zerbin, Kike Pérez, Nicolussi Cavaglia, Soumbia, Ellertsson; Busio, and Gytkjær. Di Francesco will be missing Svoboda, Sagrado, and Ellertsson to injury, while Stanković is uncertain due to fitness concerns. |
Di Francesco's side are struggling, but never count his side out. |
Conceição has Walker fit for this one, and Gabbia is a late callup, despite injuring his neck in the Derby on Wednesday. So Emerson Royal is the only player missing due to injury. Milan are still five points behind Fiorentina, six behind Roma, and eight behind sixth place Lazio, so every point matters, and we will have to hope for some other results to go our way in order to improve our position on the table.
This has been a strange week for everyone, as the loss of Pope Francis impacted Conceição and many of the players, and also made a lot of changes to many of the football matches in Italy. This match is going ahead as scheduled, but the lunchtime fixture has proven to be tricky for Milan in the past.

The players honor Pope Francis ahead of the midweek Derby. |
With Venezia desperate for points for their salvation, and Milan players tired and possibly still emotionally recovering from their amazing feat on Wednesday, this match could prove dangerous. It will take everyone's full focus to take all three points. It's time for Milan to sink or swim.
